Job Description

● Answer phone calls and greet clients warmly. ● Take and deliver messages. ● Organize office operations and procedures. ● Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. ● Prepare drafts for letters, contracts, and finalize approved drafts. ● Manage the in and out communications system such as; telephone calls received and messages reception, transactions, etc.

Requirements

● Mastery of administrative affairs. ● Mastery of Office software. ● Ability to do administrative correspondence. ● Ability to report. ● Familiarity with banking. ● Familiarity with Persian and English typing. ● Familiarity with English. ● Strong public relations. ● Strong articulation. ● Reliable. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Order and accuracy. ● Responsibility. ● Ideal age range: 25 to 40 years old.
