- To manage office related affairs and communications.
- To prepare minutes and Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for marketing management.
- To Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports, keeping petty cash on MK daily costs, and correspondences in professional way. .
- Maintain the schedule for external appointments, meeting, reminders and calendars.
- Undertake customer service related tasks and duties. To perform ad-hock duties assigned by the general manager.
- To follow up travel desk such as booking ticket and hotel for the team members in their scheduled missions. - To provide full secretarial & administrative support in the department.
- Playing a positive and effective role as the team coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Competence in Reading, writing and speaking English i
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and excellent public relations
- Excellent knowledge of ICDL capable of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal & skills and team working attitude
- Previous experience: At least 2 years
- Positive attitude, passion and commitment
