- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- You'll typically work a-44-hour week, although you may need to come in early or stay late during busy periods.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English (Familiarity with other languages is an asset)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power point & Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Motivated and energetic
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
