Job Description
Manage and coordinate all day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the office.
Supervise office staff, front desk, drivers, and support teams.
Support the Managing Director and senior leadership team in scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action points.
Manage petty cash, track office expenses, and coordinate payments with the finance team.
Handle procurement, vendor relations, and cost optimization initiatives.
Oversee logistics, supplies, warehouse coordination, and inter-city shipments.
Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.
Serve as a communication bridge between the Tehran office and the Head Office.
