Job Description

● Answer and make phone calls, send fax and letters, register, and archive documents. ● Arrange and coordinate the delivery of goods. ● Follow up sales projects (chain stores). ● Handle and arrange customer inquiries and payments. ● Prepare sales reports, establish relationships with new customers. ● Maintain existing relationships with previous customers and collect customers' information. ● Regularly visit potential, active, or other customers. ● Monitor competitors' (activities and competitors) products. ● Prepare monthly reports to the sales manager.

● Being polite and having good social manners and good public relations. ● Being punctual and disciplined. ● Having business ethics. ● Having creativity, an energetic, motivated person with a team spirit. Eager to learn and create. ● Being hardworking with a high sense of responsibility. ● Being loyal and confidential. ● Good computer skills (Office: Word, Excel, Outlook; PDF, and Windows). ● Ability of Official Writing (Persian).
