Job Description
● Monitor services, networks, and communication links.
● Analysis of information and logs obtained from monitoring.
● Define threshold for existing logs.
● Follow up on the disorders and inform them until the desired result is achieved and the disorder is eliminated.
● Investigate and follow up disconnection problems (Extranet and Intranet communication links, power) setup problems, physical and environmental problems, packet loss, and latency problems.
● Investigate and resolve problems related to how to access the employees of the company's operational units.
● Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports and their analysis.
