● Troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose problems. ● Communicate with customers to identify requirements. ● Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made. ● Responsible for accurate requests and incident ticket updates in and timely. ● Communicate during the life-cycle of the incident ticket. ● Configure routing and switching equipment, PTP Radio, and firewalls.
Requirements
● Knowledge of monitoring software such as Zabbix, PRTG, Solarwinds, OpManager, etc. ● Experience with all aspects of networking including IP, TCP, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches. ● Fluent in CCNA. ● Fluent in virtualization. ● Familiar with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concept. ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar fields. ● Ability to work flexible hours. ● Organizing, prioritizing, multitasking, and teamwork skills. ● At least 1 year of experience in NOC. ● Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team. ● Responsibility.
