Job Description

● Monitor network, services, server, storage, and infrastructure. ● Network performance monitoring and optimization. ● Monitor environmental sensors 24/7, humidity, temperature, and power. ● Monitor hardware sensor 24/7. ● Implement ZABBIX appliance monitoring (install ZABBIX, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot ZABBIX monitoring, regular sensors, MIBs sensors, and draw graphics). ● Provide daily reports to the director of technology. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm; Thursdays from 8 am to 12:30 pm.

Requirements

● Syslog and SNMP protocol knowledge. ● Practical experience with monitoring platforms, such as PRTG, Solarwinds, and Zabbix. ● Familiar with SPLUNK and NSM. ● Happy to learn new things. ● Challenging spirit. ● SLA monitoring skills. ● Comfortable with working after hours or at odd times and under pressure. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Sense of urgency. ● Familiar with JIRA.
