Job Description

● Install and configure network and network security devices (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, F5). ● Support, maintain and monitor customers' networks (Data Center, LAN, WAN, and Telecom). ● Remote to and on-site service at customer’s location. ● Provide LOM, technical proposal, and RFP. Job terms and conditions: ● Desired start date: ASAP. ● Working hours: 8:30 to 5:00. ● Probation period: 1 Month. ● Job duration: Unlimited. ● Current location: Tehran. ● Employment type: full-time. ● Number required: 2 people.

Requirements

Technical requirements: The technical service team involves in some projects with different responsibilities, so the candidates should have skills in one or more of the following fields to participate in projects as a member of the technical team: ● Routing and switching (CCNP or CCIE). ● SD-WAN, SD-Access, DevOps, Automation. ● Data Center (Cisco Nexus, ACI, UCS, Unified Technologies). ● Network Security Devices (Cisco Firewalls and security products, Juniper SRX products, Fortinet FortiGate products). ● Server, storage, and virtualization skills. ● Wireless network (Cisco portfolio is preferred). ● F5 products (LTM, DNS, ASM, APN). ● Dell/EMC products (SAN switches, Storages, DataProtet). ● Familiar with monitoring applications (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, ManageEngine). ● Familiar with HPE products (servers and storage solutions). ● Familiar with network equipment, licenses, and modules especially in Cisco, Juniper, EMC, F5, and HP products. ● Familiar with network design and best practices. Personal requirements: Please read these requirement skills carefully. Because of the project-based job environment, the following skills are very important to forming good collaboration. ● Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills in projects. ● Capability to write technical documents such as RFP, proposals, and project reports is an important skill in this job. ● English skills (public: intermediate - technical language: the ability to read and translate technical documents). ● Ability to report properly to the service department. ● Well understanding of the customers’ requirements and make a suggestion and solutions. ● Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problem and/or simulate them in a LAB environment. ● Active and positive personality. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
