Job Description

Objective of the role: Our company is looking to hire a Network Security professional to strengthen the security of its IT infrastructure, protect critical systems and data, and ensure the availability and reliability of network services. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring network security, identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities, implementing security policies, and protecting the organization against cyber threats. List of responsibilities: Main Responsibilities:

Design, implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions to protect the company's IT infrastructure.
Manage and monitor firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security systems.
Monitor network traffic, analyze security events, and investigate potential security incidents.
Identify security vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Develop, implement, and maintain network security policies, standards, and procedures.
Perform regular security assessments, configuration reviews, and network access control checks.
Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure secure network connectivity between internal systems, remote locations, and external networks.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure and system administration teams to maintain network availability, integrity, and confidentiality.
Maintain technical documentation, security configurations, and incident reports.
Support compliance with relevant information security standards and organizational security requirements..
