Job Description

● Designing, implementing, and Tshoot Cisco Network security devices and services (e.g. Firepower, ASA, ISE, etc.) ● Configure and install various Cisco network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, VPN, QOS) based on CISCO best practices and validated designs. ● Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve customers' issues. ● Technical coordination of related activities between contractors to perform installation or support process.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● CCNP Security knowledge is required (certification is preferred). ● CCNP Routing and Switching knowledge is required (certification is preferred). ● At least 3 years of work experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. ● Specialist knowledge: Cisco FirePower, and ASA. ● Good experience with routing protocols (e.g., Eigrp, Ospf, BGP). ● Familiar with WAN technology like DMVPN/IPSEC. ● Familiarity with new Cisco equipment (e.g., New Catalyst Switches, ISR Routes, Firepower Firewalls). ● Ability to learn new technologies. ● Ability to work as a team member. ● Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks. ● Ability to work in non-administrative hours. ● Accept personal responsibility. ● Military status: completed or exempted (for Men).
