Job Description

We are looking for a network expert to join our team in Tehran at Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores. If you can play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance by analyzing information, we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily management and performance assessment of servers and network infrastructure and ensure seamless operation.
• Lead the installation, operation, and maintenance of the company's server hardware and software, integrating advanced automation processes for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software by documenting problems and solutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing their impact.
• Ensure the availability and quality of systems services.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical issues, document, and follow up on issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Two to four years of experience in network/system support.
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP networking (subnets, firewall rules, DNS, and NAT resolution).
• Proficient in routing and switching (l2 and l3 protocols).
• Proficient in using advanced virtualization knowledge, especially in VMware Virtualization.
• Familiarity with HP servers and configurations including RAID Setups.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
