Increasing the quality of network users technical support by implementing new technologies in support process including service design and continuous improvement.
List of Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
Report to the IT manager.
Probation period: 1 Month.
Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00.
Travel requirements: occasionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degee in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Other certifications obtained: Network+ , and MCSE.
