Job Description

The objective of the role:

  • Increasing the quality of network users technical support by implementing new technologies in support process including service design and continuous improvement.

List of Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
  • Report to the IT manager.
  • Probation period: 1 Month.
  • Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00.
  • Travel requirements: occasionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degee in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Other certifications obtained: Network+ , and MCSE.
  • Familiar with virtualization concept and CCNA.
  • Familiar with information security concept.
