Job Description

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Install and upgrade network device components and software, and integrate automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a network expert.
  • Familiar with MCSA, FortiGate, MikroTik, and ESXI.
  • Hardworking.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to learn new skills techniques and responsibilities.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Preferably, knowledge of English.
