Job Description

As an IT administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of computer networks, systems, and hardware. Your role will encompass both network administrator and help desk specialist responsibilities, combining network administration, troubleshooting, user support, security implementation, and employee training. You will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues within the organization.

  • Maintain computer networks and systems, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and other hardware.
  • Install and configure network equipment to address hardware or software issues.
  • Update virus protection software to ensure data and communication security.
  • Monitor computer systems to optimize network performance.
  • Communicate networking issues to employees and management, particularly during new user training.
  • Fix software and hardware configuration issues upon request or through system inspections.
  • Update cybersecurity measures, install hardware or software devices, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Oversee employee training presentations or create instruction manuals for navigating company networks.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Introduction to MikroTik Routers.
  • Familiarity with VOIP.
  • Mastery of service desk.
  • Mastery of passive.
  • Mastery of English.
