Job Description
- Identify & analyze business and system requirements, and also user acceptance criteria - Identify software architecture, performance, and output - Prepare the framework for testing and software quality assurance - Design & execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and software test methods and checklists - Test and bug tracking to ensure the product is ready for deployment - Verify compliance with the final product as required by the employer - Execute test cycles and report bugs identified - Identify deviations from standards, and the proposed amendment to ensure compliance - Provide feedback and recommendations regarding performance to the team - Control developer's documents to insure about technical precision and compliance - Assistance in documentation
Requirements
- +3 years of experience on software analysis and testing - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (Scrum is a plus) - Solid understanding of the software requirement analysis - Hands-on experience with functional, non-functional and integration testing - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest testing developments - Ability to write test case and implement test scenarios - Familiar with test tools - Familiar with the concepts of quality control - Communicate effectively with team members, internal and external customers to Gather user stories and identify bugs
