Migration Agent Assistant (Remote)

Job Description

Dream Visa and Immigration Services is a Melbourne-based Australian migration practice looking for a dedicated Migration Agent Assistant to support our growing offshore client base. This is a remote position offering the opportunity to work with an Australian Registered Migration Agent while assisting clients from Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and other surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries from prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and social media.
Communicate with clients in their native language and English where required.
Provide interpretation assistance during client consultations between the Registered Migration Agent and clients.
Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant information before appointments.
Explain our migration services and book consultations with the Registered Migration Agent.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
Assist with collecting client documents and preparing files for assessment.
Create short promotional videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
Help manage social media pages by posting content and responding to enquiries.
Promote the company's migration services through ethical online marketing and community engagement.
Maintain accurate records of client communications using our CRM system.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Essential Requirements
Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages:
Persian (Farsi/Dari)
Pashto
Urdu
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
Comfortable appearing in promotional videos and live online sessions when required.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, and social media platforms.
Professional, trustworthy, and client-focused attitude.
Desirable Skills
Previous experience in migration, education consulting, recruitment, customer service, or sales.
Experience creating social media content, short-form videos, or digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of Australian migration pathways is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
