Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team. As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes analyzing current business workflows, designing and implementing new workflows, documenting implemented workflows, and creating reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements to well-architected solutions for Microsoft Dynamics Platform.
- Design and build appropriate solutions for Internal Team Communication and Contact Center.
- Processes within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Create and Maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and development activities.
- Configure and customize Dynamics entities, forms, workflows, and business rules to align with business requirements.
- Create reports and management dashboards based on received requirements.
- Participate in the installation, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.
- Identify training needs and train users and people under management.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and patches, applying them as necessary to maintain system integrity and security.
- Suggest innovative solutions to improve processes.
