Job Description

The MSL is responsible for scientific exchange with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders. The role ensures accurate, fair, and balanced communication of clinical and scientific data to support the safe and effective use of the company’s products. MSLs also gather field insights to inform medical strategy and clinical development.

•Scientific Exchange & KOL Engagement:
-Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and academic centers.
-Provide unbiased, evidence-based information about the company’s products, disease states, and therapeutic areas.
-Facilitate scientific discussions, answer inquiries, and address off-label questions in a compliant manner.


•Medical Education & Training:
-Support CME programs, scientific symposia, and advisory boards.
-Train internal teams (sales, marketing) on disease state and product science.


•Clinical & Research Support:
-Assist in identifying and supporting investigator-initiated trials (IITs).
-Support recruitment for company-sponsored clinical trials.
-Share insights from field interactions to shape clinical strategies.


•Insight Generation:
-Capture field intelligence (HCP feedback, competitor activities, treatment trends).
-Report findings to medical and commercial teams to optimize strategy.


•Compliance & Ethics:
-Operate within legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
-Ensure interactions adhere to local laws and company SOPs.

Qualifications:
-Advanced scientific degree:
-PharmD, MD, PhD, or relevant Master’s in life sciences.
-Strong understanding of clinical data, disease states, and pharmacology.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

•Preferred Skills
-Scientific expertise and credibility with KOLs.
-Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
-Proficiency in digital tools
