-Plan to develop and control med rep team
-Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sale efforts

-Tracking med reps daily performance and reports
-Monitor all activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
-Joint visit with Med Rep
-Control and management of scientific representatives
-Managing contact list
-Preparing weekly and monthly reports to a scientific manager
-Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual plan of the team
