● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both physicians and pharmacists.
● Daily meeting with pharmacies and updating information regarding their stock and sales trends and following orders.
● Understand internal sales systems and procedure and develop weekly/monthly visit plan in consultation with supervisor.
● Update product and market knowledge.
● Build and maintain good relationships with related personnel.
● Capable to set up and execute seminars and congresses.
● Update doctor cards and list and submit daily reports, be operational in sales techniques, master all operational tools.
● Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
● Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis.
● Report any relevant information to supervisor and know company procedures and best practices.
● do any other tasks as assigned depending on the need and maintain consistency with Tachra Darou's values in all public relations.
Requirements
● Related educational background (at least Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or Nursery. etc.).
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good ability of English.
● Ability to maintain ethical, professional and positive attitude and behavior.
● Sense of human relations, and good teamwork spirit.
● At least 1 year of experience in a similar job in pharma.
● Ability to travel within the country as needed.
