● Manage sales promotion of assigned products and provinces.
● Regular visits of doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
● Prepare call reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists.
● Maximize efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
Solve any problems with doctors and pharmacists within his area and be aware of competitor`s activities.
● Monitor competitors' activities, and the availability of their products.
● Give feedback to her/his sales manager on market news, doctors/pharmacies requests.
● Do objection handling
● Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs.
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question regarding the products.
● Maintain ethical, professional, and positive attitudes and behavior.
● Prospect and qualify the new customer.
Requirements
● Related educational background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition Science, Biology, Microbiology, Nursing, Chemistry, and Midwifery).
● At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.
● Good communication, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
● The initiative, independent, and well-organized.
● Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team.
● Preferably be good at English comprehension.
● No restrictions on a mission out of the city.
● Result-oriented personality.
● Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office).
