Key Responsibilities: · Promoting products and developing effective professional relationships with general practitioners and dermatologists · Developing, implementing, and regularly updating territory business plans to achieve sales objectives · Executing activities in line with Behvazan’s portfolio and regional sales strategies to build product advocacy · Providing accurate medical and scientific information, education, and training to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders · Achieving agreed sales targets within defined timelines and presenting territory potential, sales performance, and progress reports · Organizing and supporting scientific meetings, conferences, and educational sessions for physicians and healthcare professionals · Actively participating in internal company meetings and presenting professional and market data · Continuously updating scientific knowledge using the latest clinical data provided by the medical and scientific teams · Monitoring competitor activities and products in the assigned territory · Collecting and reporting positive and negative feedback from physicians to the marketing and medical departments
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage · 2 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience with a well-reputed company is a plus · Previous knowledge or experience in dermatology is an advantage · Strong computer and digital skills · Good command of English, both written and spoken · Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills · High level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduc
