This position represents a key function within the organization. Beyond commercial responsibilities, the role is centered on scientific engagement and ethical contribution to the medical community. The successful candidate will support healthcare professionals—including oncologists, hematologists, and pulmonologists—by providing evidence-based information on SanaPharmed’s portfolio, thereby contributing to optimal treatment outcomes and improved patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular, well-structured field visits to oncologists, hematologists, pulmonologists, and other relevant healthcare professionals, in accordance with the company’s coverage plan.
- Deliver accurate and scientifically substantiated presentations on SanaPharmed’s portfolio, including oncology and respiratory products, supported by clinical data, therapeutic indications, and safety information.
- Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and decision-makers across oncology and respiratory specialties.
- Represent SanaPharmed at congresses, symposia, and scientific events, ensuring effective scientific exchange and professional visibility.
- Collect, analyze, and report market insights, including competitor activities, treatment patterns, and customer feedback, to support scientific and commercial strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations, and the company’s internal code of conduct in all professional engagements.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative, preferably within specialty therapeutic areas; prior experience in oncology or respiratory medicine will be considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage healthcare specialists.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date scientific knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Uncompromising adherence to professional ethics and integrity.
