Job Description

The objective of the role:  

We need someone who is an expert in mechanical engineering; so it is important to be able to design our project's mechanical design or be able to check the project's mechanical design according to the last update of architectural design. Our project is in the construction and building design area;

Roles:

Adapt to frequent changes and updates. 
Meet the client's issues and constant inquiries. 
Modeling and clash detecting in Revit for mechanical discipline.
Communicate with the site. 
Make effective shop drawings. 
Report to the managing director, project manager, and BIM coordinator. 
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am 4 pm and Thursday 8 am 12 pm. 
Commission, bonus, and benefits: Yes.

Requirements

Familiar with Supply and Exh. Duct.
Familiar with HVAC Piping.
Familiar with Drain Piping.
Familiar with Water Supply.
Familiar with Sewage.
Familiar with Rain Drain.
Familiar with Mech. Room.
Familiar with Fire Fighting Design (Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Detection, and Alarm System).
Familiar with Pool (Piping Checking).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Analytical thinking skills. 
Attention to detail. 
Problem-solving skills. 
Excellent technical skills, including computer-aid design and Revit experience. 
Ability to work under pressure. 
Creativity. 
Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
