Job Description

● Customer follow-ups.

● Attend sales meetings to ensure customers receive accurate and timely pricing for products or services.

● Use the CRM system to solve problems and implement actions.

● Collect and maintain customer contact information.

● Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues by phone and in writing.

● Facilitate the sales process from inquiry to supply and invoice.

● Drive sales growth and achieve annual targets.

● Participate in advertising programs, including exhibitions.

● Collect market data and analyze competitors, helping to set sales strategy.

● Design and provide educational support for the application if necessary.

● Troubleshoot and perform field investigations of steam systems.

● Report to the technical and sales manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.

● Two years of work experience.

● Previous experience in technical sales is an advantage.

● Familiarity with English.

● Familiarity with Azeri.

● Organizational skills.

● A motivated person.

● Able to build effective working relationships.

● Excellent customer service experience in a technical environment.

● Great attention to detail.

● Ability to manage time.

● Ability to travel all over Iran.

● Preference is given to single people.
