Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist in the Digikala Offline Store Marketing Team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels. This role includes managing out-of-home advertising, coordinating and executing in-store events and campaigns, collaborating with suppliers and advertising agencies, and ensuring flawless execution of all offline store marketing activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about project management, operational coordination, and precise campaign execution, and who can build effective communication between internal teams, agencies, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

Collaborate on content development for social media and ensure timely publication based on the marketing calendar

Support social media management and paid social campaigns (including handling direct messages and comments, publishing content, and running influencer marketing campaigns)

Maintain close collaboration and alignment between Digikala’s marketing team and other internal departments

Update the marketing calendar, collect data, and prepare performance reports

Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of in-store events

Support CRM and email marketing campaigns, including implementation and performance follow-up

Assist in executing marketing activities across brand-owned media (Owned Media) and paid media (Paid Media)

Requirements:

2–3 years of work experience in digital marketing and campaign execution (online & offline)

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, ECRM tools, and social media management platforms

Knowledge of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing concepts, with hands-on execution experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for reporting and data analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentations)

Ability to design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, SMS, OOH, etc.)

Strong attention to detail in data collection and analytical reporting

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Experience in designing and coordinating campaign landing pages in collaboration with designers and developers

Creative and visually sensitive mindset to evaluate and guide graphic and content outputs
