Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the marketing and sales team
• Continuously monitor the healthcare market, identify trends, customer needs, and potential market gaps
• Analyze and track competitors’ performance, strengths, and weaknesses, and propose effective competitive strategies
• Define brand positioning, value proposition, and key marketing messages
• Develop short-term and long-term marketing and sales objectives
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (offline and online)
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and digital marketing teams to ensure synergy
• Plan, train, and monitor the performance of medical representatives in physician and pharmacist visits
• Set sales and promotional targets for the medical representatives team
• Manage the company’s digital channels and oversee the creation and publication of scientific and promotional content
• Analyze performance data (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for senior management
• Plan and oversee the marketing and medical representatives’ budget allocation
• Optimize pricing and distribution channels based on cost–benefit analysis
• Coordinate with distribution partners and manage the sales process across channels
• Commit to achieving defined objectives and KPIs within the organizational performance system

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing
• Proven track record in managing medical representatives
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, regulations, promotional guidelines, and legal requirements
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation abilities
• Proven skills in sales negotiation and business relationship development
• Collaborative, creative, and results-oriented approach
• Good command of English for reading professional materials and business correspondence
