• Identify data sources and information providers to correlate key data points in line with company and portfolio strategy • Pro-active cooperation with Research team and other functions for developing data correlation models to provide consumer/customer related insights • Assess data and generate insights on market trends and dynamics and competitors • Continuous analysis of consumer, customer and market trends. • Develop comprehensive reports of competitive tobacco market • Monitor competitors’ strategic moves • Assist SP&I in development of competitive business scenarios, strategic portfolio review and market segmentation • Delivery of key reports/presentation to internal and external stakeholders • To coordinate the full implementation of the monthly cycle meeting Process in BVT Pars. • Prepare all the inputs to Monthly Cycle Meetings on time in full and provide appropriate level of support and information as required • Contribute in developing and implementing clear plan to improve forecast accuracy and planning process • Fully evaluate and assess current Monthly Cycle Meeting process and develop plan to address key issues • Drive & actively contribute to Monthly Cycle Meeting cycles (GPM) • Prepare and share all pre-reading and post meeting materials for GPM • Assist SP&I Manager to integrate Strategic and Operational marketing plans of all functions.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years work experience in statistical data analysis, marketing research & information is desirable • Quantitative and qualitative analysis • Excellent Office Software Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) • Familiar with research methodologies, planning and analyzing of market research studies; • Project management (Time/Resource management)
