A lively tech and software solutions company is looking for seasoned pros to join the team and help grow our marketing efforts.

## Responsibilities
* Come up with and implement the yearly marketing strategy and plan
* Do market research, check out competitors, and get to know target customers
* Plan and run marketing and branding campaigns
* Plan launches for new products and services
* Lead digital marketing, content creation, and marketing events
* Set and track marketing KPIs and judge how effective campaigns are
* Manage the marketing budget
* Lead and evaluate the marketing team
* Work with the sales and product teams and give updates to senior management
## Requirements

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Experience managing or leading a marketing team
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Planning, and Brand Management
- Experience designing and running marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze market, competitors, and marketing data
- Good familiarity with Digital Marketing
- Ability to define and analyze KPIs and prepare management reports
- Strong skills in management, negotiation, and presentation

## Nice to Have

- Experience working in software or technology companies
- Experience in B2B marketing and corporate clients
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation
- Relevant education in marketing management, business management, MBA, or related fields
