Job Description

IranTalent is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and drive brand growth. In this role, you will own key business KPIs across both B2B and B2C segments, and through effective team leadership, budget management, and impactful campaign execution, you will play a critical role in expanding market presence and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

* Manage, organize, and lead the marketing team
* Develop, refine, and evaluate marketing strategies based on business KPIs and understanding of the target market
* Take full ownership of B2C and B2B KPIs, including Social KPIs, SEO, Campaign Performance, and OKRs
* Manage the complete marketing budget, including activity spend and headcount planning, aligned with business objectives
* Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to achieve quantitative and qualitative marketing goals
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights, customer behavior analysis, and quantitative methods
* Review current marketing campaigns, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions within budget constraints
* Present complex analytics through clear reports or dashboards for leadership teams (Marketing ROI, Budgeting, Awareness, CAC, Retention, Lead Flow, etc.)
* Analyze customer behavior and optimize communication journeys (Email, SMS, Push, etc.)
* Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation
* Explore and utilize various acquisition and growth channels such as content, PPC, PR, social media, events, and more
* Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets
* Analyze website conversion rates, assess promotion effectiveness, and identify key drivers of sales
* Brainstorm and propose innovative advertising concepts in collaboration with senior management
* Evaluate marketing activities to determine their impact on lead generation, traffic growth, and customer retention

Requirements

* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Executive Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (MBA preferred)
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Marketing Manager
* Experience in B2B sales environments or platform-based businesses is preferred
* Strong project management skills including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization
* Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively
* Deep understanding of data analytics or data modeling with the ability to extract actionable insights; proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with strong ROI focus
* Knowledge of key marketing disciplines including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including marketing automation, e-CRM, and analytics systems
* Experience in planning and executing events such as webinars, trade shows, and marketing activations is a plus
