Marketing manager

A) Design, implement and evaluate specialized marketing strategies
• Developing marketing strategy for the entire basket of inputs (seeds, fertilizers, toxins and biological) with careful understanding of different regions of the country, climate, consumption pattern and farmers' behavior.
• Deep Market Data Analysis and Monitoring: Extraction and Interpretation of Key Market Indicators, Forecasting Technical/Economic Processes, Monitoring Market Reaction to New Products or Changing Price and Fasting Solution.
• Designing and implementing digital marketing projects, proposing and implementing advertising campaigns, designing and implementing scientific polls, field interview with key farmers, communication with agricultural associations and institutions.
B) Branding and developing market
• Develop Brand Positioning (Brand Positioning) based on innovation, quality and trust; Creating sustainable distinction with competitors in the mind of the farmer and major customers.
• Identify new markets (all kinds of products and geographical areas), design targeted campaigns to enter and stabilize brand presence in these markets.
C) Leadership and Empowerment Team and Representatives
• Specialized training of the sales team on the technical characteristics of the products, technical differences with competitors and added value for the farmer.
• Production and presentation of scientific-market content (educational videos, professional brochures, webinar and in-person workshops) tailored to the new generation of professional farmers and farmers.
• Designing a Field Feedback Collection Customer and Products Collection System and translating this data into market operations and development.
D) Pishtop in digital marketing and clever relationship with modern farmer
• Design and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, targeted messengers and B2B/B2C online sales).
• Effective communication with leading farmers to promote crops and culture.
F) Professional reporting
• Developing and presenting management reports at specific timeframes, including market status analysis, effective programs, corrective suggestions, and new growth opportunities.
• Company active in business policy and decision -making sessions by presenting analytical and data -driven comments.
Specialized competencies
Specialized Experience: At least 5 years of successful experience in agricultural or related industries (preferably cooperation with accredited domestic or international brands)
Education: Undergraduate or Masters in one of the areas of agriculture, engineering, management, or marketing; (Postgraduate or specialized marketing/digital marketing courses)
Modern Marketing Knowledge: Mastery of modern marketing strategies, digital marketing, brand management and market data analysis
Communication Skills: Excellent expression technique, ability to present and negotiate at different levels, strong networking
