Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping market perception, managing key marketing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing objectives in a highly competitive pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels — including digital, print, and professional healthcare marketing.

Oversee marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, marketing agencies, and healthcare professionals.

Stay current with industry developments, market innovations, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred).

5–7 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Solid background in marketing project management and budget control.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory environment, and ethical marketing practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess campaign effectiveness.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).
