Job Description

  • Analyzing container freight inquiries and negotiating with different shipping lines.
  • Organizing and planning the marketing and sales team.
  • Holding numerous meetings with sales staff with the approach of increasing sales efficiency.
  • Active participation in customer presentation meetings.
  • Presenting continuous reports to the management regarding the monthly sales amount, and analyzing the monthly income of the sales unit.
  • Providing the right solution for business development.

Requirements

  • Complete mastery of logistics and maritime transportation.
  • At least 3 to 7 years of work experience in shipping marketing and sales management is required, but there is no limit to attracting applicants with more work experience.
  • Ability to plan and schedule marketing and sales professionals to find new customers.
  • Good and sufficient ability to convince customers and estimate their satisfaction.
  • Possibility of internal and external business trips to participate in international events and exhibitions.
  • Sufficient mastery of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to cooperate as leader of a team.
