Gas Souzan Industrial & Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced sales and marketing deputy who can help achieve organizational goals by developing effective marketing strategies and plans. This position is located in Najafabad, Isfahan (preferred) or Tehran (negotiable).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that are aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze and identify market opportunities for business development and expansion.
- Monitor sales and marketing trends and provide effective reports to senior management.
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to achieve set goals.
- Establish effective relationships with key customers and analyze their needs to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, or Management-related fields.
- Ability to analyze market characteristics and make strategic decisions.
- Sufficient experience in marketing and sales management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
