Job Description

● Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals. ● Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques. ● Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product life cycle. ● Design research questionnaires and moderator guides. ● Interpret data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations. ● Product sales analysis. ● Document research's results.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing Management, MBA, and Industrial Engineering. ● At least +3 years of relevant experience (The experience in FMCG is an important). ● Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills. ● Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. ● Self-Motivated and ability to work in a team. ● Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS and other related Data analysis software. ● Working experience with research methodologies of customer satisfaction. ● Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and market research.
