Job Description

● Plan and implement activities related to the preparation of quality evaluation documents for contractors. ● Plan and prepare technical proposals for projects related to oil and gas, petrochemical and power plant industries. ● Preparation of financial proposals. ● Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for market development.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in the same field as well as industry. ● Familiarity with the development and implementation of marketing strategies for market development. ● Familiarity with the methods of identifying potential markets in the oil and gas industry and etc. ● Familiarity and mastery in the field of MTO and BOQ. ● Familiarity with the price list of the oil industry and the country's management and planning organization. ● Familiarity with related specialized software. ● Expert in estimating project financial cost.
