Job Description

  • Conducting market research to identify potential new markets and customers.
  • Prepare and follow up export plan to close sales cycle and convert prospects into customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to exporting.
  • Coordinating with various departments within the company, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing the export process from start to finish, including negotiating prices, contracts, sales conditions, and money transfer routes and processes.
  • Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for export, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Resolving any issues or disputes related to export sales.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to exporting.
  • Participation in events and exhibitions to find new prospects.
  • Active participation in S&OP sessions and providing inputs.
  • Follow up day-to-day sales activities like issuing invoices, order intake, and backlog reports; issuing insurance documents, preparing sales forecasts, entering required data in internal systems and governmental portals.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and follow up on action plans to increase customers' satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A confident, trustworthy, and dynamic personality with a genuine desire to provide support and service to customers.
  • Results-driven attitude, organized and self-motivated.
  • Proven experience in exporting to CIS, and GCC countries.
  • Good knowledge of INCOTERMS, transportation, and customs processes.
  • Good knowledge of international trade and country-specific regulation in targeted markets.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Fluency in Russian, Armenian, and Arabic is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills, able to work as part of a team for collective goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to prioritize and deliver under pressure and challenging situations.
  • High skills in Microsoft Excel.
