- Objective: Marketing and Business Development expert Main responsibilities: - Monitoring sale and Marketing departments - Conducting market research and analyzing investment activities. - Specialist in housing economy and its impact on future of the housing market. - Reviewing and assessing business opportunities offered to business development manger. - Defining and developing marketing plans. - Reporting to: Marketing and Business Development Manager - Other interactions: Subsidiary branches. - Number required: 1 - Duration: 3 Year Contract - Desired start date: As soon as possible - Working hours: 08:00 - 16:30 - Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country

Requirements

- University qualifications: BS in Industrial Engineering or Management - Previous experience: 3 years experience as Marketing or Business Development or market research expert. - Specialist knowledge: especially in brokerage or banking Industry - Other Skills: self-motivated, creative and analytical mind, interested in challenging jobs. - Current Residence: Tehran - Age from 25 till 35
