A reputable industrial company active in refrigeration equipment production invites capable and experienced individuals to join its technical staff to complete its technical staff.

Job Description:

• Oversee the design and launch of the refrigeration product production line by industry standards and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research at early stages to identify products with potential for production based on market needs.
• Manage daily production operations with a focus on optimal performance and quality control.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Lead and train production forces and create a culture of continuous improvement and active problem solving.
• Plan and control production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and reduce waste and downtime.
• Continuously monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with safety requirements and production environment standards.
• Coordinate with supply and logistics units to ensure the timely supply of required raw materials and parts.
• Manage production-related projects, including budget, schedule, and resource control in order to introduce new products or upgrade the production line.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in setting up and managing a refrigeration product production line.
• Proficient in refrigeration systems and technologies.
• Ability to analyze the market and identify product development opportunities.
• Successful experience in project management and leading multi-tasking teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and high flexibility.
• Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure with a data-based approach.
• Ability to manage diverse teams in challenging environments.
• Familiarity with the principles of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills at different organizational levels.
