Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the company.
• Monitor the overall performance of the company and make key decisions to direct the organization in the right direction.
• Increase efficiency and improve operational processes to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Interact and coordinate with board members and other executive managers to determine and advance the company's macro strategies.
• Monitor the implementation of policies and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
• Strategic planning and executive management ability.
• Experience in the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemical industries.
