Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance manager to join our dynamic team at Atoor Refractories, a leading refractory producer. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance department, managing a team of engineers and technicians.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of refractory production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Conduct regular assessments of equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in an industrial, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
