In order to track the customer’s processes which, consist of significant activities, as for instance, loading-trucks, distributing goods, estimating figures, and measuring related KPIs, we are going to hire a committed expert whose experience and knowledge could make value.
The main tasks are as follow:
● Present daily reports (Customer Service reports including retailers, B2B customers, and etc.).
● Detect and analyze process (finding drawbacks of the processes).
● Identify and communicate technical problems.
● Interact with all department staff and members of the company.
● Collect and prepare information, reports, and daily charts.
● Prepare project schedules.
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of work experience.
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
● Ability to conduct different types of tasks.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
● MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Familiar with BI (business intelligence) and the latest software such as Power BI.
● Highly motivated, goal-driven, result-oriented, and team player.
