Job Description
● Manage logistics operations, including customs formalities, transportation, pick up, and delivery.
● Review, assess, and manage logistics performance, driving improvements in accuracy, efficiencies, and costs.
● Find new vendors and expand the company’s network.
● Provide the rate sheet for export shipments and revise the rates at the right time.
● Monitor the import and export procedure, documents, and related costs.
● Provide different solutions for import shipments and clearance.
● Define the date of the flight from/ to IKA.
● Invoice preparation and follow-up for receiving the payment from the agents.
● Check the invoices received from airlines, agents, and customs and make instructions for payment to the accounting department.
