Job Description

The mission of the logistics manager in Zarrin Roya Group is to manage internal and external warehousing and transportation processes with the aim of increasing productivity and cost management in the relevant processes, and the brief description of the duties of this job position is as follows: ● Participating in setting goals and preparing the budget of the unit. ● Planning the performance evaluation process in the unit. ● Preparing processes, implementation methods, and instructions for the logistics unit, reviewing and monitoring their implementation. ● Participating in the design and review of current processes in the organization's ERP system. ● Monitoring compliance with the HSE principles and 5S implementation in all processes and departments of the unit.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related engineering fields. ● At least 7 years of experience in logistics ideally in FMCG. ● Excellent time management skills and a good team player. ● Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. ● Familiar with ERP software. ● Familiar with the principle of 5S. ● Strong command of English.
