Job Description

1- Managing the comprehensive vehicle delivery process from the factory exit point to the customer’s residence or designated branch.
2-Overseeing the allocation and distribution of vehicles across all branches
3- Supervising the vehicle pre-delivery inspection and preparation procedures prior to handover to customers or branches
4-Planning and controlling vehicle inventory levels within branches
5-Monitoring and evaluating the performance of vehicle transporters and drivers
6-Planning and supervising the distribution and allocation of loaner vehicles across branches
7-Contributing to the implementation and oversight of the Test Drive program
8-Preparing periodic analytical reports and formulating improvement initiatives aimed at reducing direct and indirect logistics costs
9-Identifying and managing risks associated with the vehicle delivery process
10- Establishing and maintaining effective coordination with automotive manufacturers’ delivery departments to ensure timely vehicle handover
