Job Description

• Identify localization standard methods to analyze imported spare parts and prioritize items based on cost, lead time, criticality, and failure frequency.
• Perform reverse Engineering Activities to measure, analyze, model, and document parts using drawings, 3D models, and material specifications.
• Select materials and manufacturing methods to ensure localized parts meet mechanical performance, hygiene, and durability requirements.
• Prototype and test localized parts to validate performance, fit, and reliability through trial installation and operational testing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards and machinery safety to guarantee localized parts conform to dairy industry hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation to create and update drawings, specifications, and localization records in engineering systems.
• Support maintenance and procurement teams to provide technical guidance for installation and spare part selection.
• Track localization benefits and continuous improvement to monitor cost savings, lead-time reduction, and equipment reliability improvements.
