Responsibilities: ● Process execution and improvement. ● Performance monitoring and reporting. ● Process design and documentation. ● Collaborating with senior management and executive team on strategic planning and decision-making for local operations processes. ● Being in touch with the department manager in order to update ongoing procedures from time to time. ● Making clear plans for team members' arrangements and keeping the manager informed.

Requirements

● More than three years of experience in management and leadership of a team. ● Professional at Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Familiarity with BI and PowerBI is a plus. ● Communication skills. ● Teamwork skills. ● Concentration. ● Flexibility. ● Planning skills. ● Coordination. ● Highly public relations. ● Attention to detail.
