Responsibilities:
● Process execution and improvement.
● Performance monitoring and reporting.
● Process design and documentation.
● Collaborating with senior management and executive team on strategic planning and decision-making for local operations processes.
● Being in touch with the department manager in order to update ongoing procedures from time to time.
● Making clear plans for team members' arrangements and keeping the manager informed.
