Job Description

● Report daily, weekly and monthly activities of the team to the sales and marketing manager. ● Train the team and increase their capability. ● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets in line with company strategy. ● Improve product knowledge and sales techniques. ● Research data on competitors and market conditions. ● Key account management. ● Define and regularly follow up on KPIs for medical representatives. ● Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses, as needed. ● Update product knowledge on promotional materials and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation. ● Submit all required reporting and documentation (e.g., call reports, activity reports, coverage reports, and market reports) on time and within quality.

Requirements

● Pharm D, DVM, or Biology and other related fields. ● At least 5 years of related experience in pharmaceutical companies, especially in the line of aesthetic (fillers). ● Excellent people management skills. ● Fully operational in sales techniques. ● Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving skills, and high presentation skills. ● Ready to travel every time within the country and other countries. ● Fluent in English.
