Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Lawyer to join our legal team. The Trainee Lawyer will support legal team in providing legal advice, attending labor office, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and gaining hands-on experience in various areas of law. This role is ideal for recent law graduates or junior lawyers seeking practical exposure to legal practice and professional development within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Legal Research & Analysis
• Conduct thorough research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents relevant to ongoing matters.
• Analyze and summarize findings to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Keep updated on changes in local and international laws that may impact on the organization.
• Attending labor office
• Archiving
Drafting & Documentation:
• Draft contracts, agreements, legal opinions, pleadings, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Assist in preparing notices, letters, and submissions to courts, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Review and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Assist in preparing for court hearings.
• Maintain and organize case files, legal documents, and records in compliance with confidentiality requirements.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues.
• Identify potential legal risks
• Help in preparing internal policies, guidelines, and training materials related to legal compliance.

Professional Development:
• Work under supervision to develop practical skills in litigation, advisory, negotiation, and corporate legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Law degree (LL.B.) from an accredited university.
• Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of legal experience preferred.
• Membership or eligibility for admission to the bar
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools.
